Payment Terms:

A 10% buyers fee and sales tax will be added to all purchases (sales tax will not be charged if you are tax exempt and provide a copy of your state issued Sellers' Permit/tax ID number.) Successful bidders will receive an email invoice within 24 hours of the auction close. Full payment is required within 5 business days of the invoice date. Accepted payment is Wire Transfer, Bank-guaranteed checks/drafts, Money order. All Personal or Company Check accepted only with bank guarantee (see sample). Overnight payment to Nitke Sales, Inc., 2005 N. Stevens Street, Rhinelander, WI 54501- 1639. Any returned check will incur a Late payment charge. Full payment must be made and properly honored before any auction item will be released to buyer. All titles will be transferred to the registered buyer or Company Name. Titled items may require additional transfer fees and registration fees. Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. If you do not honor your bids, you will be banned from site and will be responsible for any monetary damages incurred to auctioneer and sellers.

Removal:

Items to be removed within 7 days after payment has been confirmed. A PAID RECEIPT from Nitke Sales, Inc. is required for pick up items. Buyer is solely responsible for pick-up and/or any shipping. Schedule a pickup or dismantle time with contact at each location. Disclaimer: All items sell "AS IS - HOW IS - WHERE IS."
